TRIPABARA , employs a relatively flat operational company structure, which allows the  Company  to employ  only key management and operational  personnel  to manage the key core business  in the Mining – Export – Investment  that can react to economic movement in the coal mining and trade and able to support the previous timber logging industry which is the process to be turn around due to our coal mining moving to a new phase in our concession area of 2000 hector  that need to be cleared to give way for effective mining of coal and supporting the government requirement to maintain the environment wellness.  PT. TRIPABARA Concession hold abundant of quality matured timber that can be harvested for export or for locally used in the timber industry.
