PT. TRIPABARA, in collaboration with PT. INDOSANSHENG is actively developing an integrated infrastructure (road and coal/agriculture terminal jetty) to meet the needs of future coal/agricultural logistics and transportation, catering to domestic and export markets. The ready-for-development private road is approximately 28 km, connecting key logistical locations while providing direct and shortest transfer of Tripabara’s coal from mine to deep water jetty. The private dedicated road and coal terminal yard jetty at Lunang Utara, Tapan, has a targeted capacity of up to 500K MT monthly especially for PT. TRIPABARA intended coal export, with space reserved for agriculture produce, such as palm oil fruits and rice shipment to coastal palm oil refinery and paddy mill in West Sumatra. It is intended that the remaining facilities of the coal yard are reserved for PT. INDOSANSHENG coal shipments to meet the needs of their wholly owned power plant in Riau Island. Any spare capacity would be leased to surrounding mining operators.
